ONLINE RESERVATION PROCEDURE The ordering process consists of 5 steps.
- You choose the dates and pick-up/drop-off points.
- Once you set the dates and pick-up/drop-off points, a new page will open showing the available cars for the selected period and the rental cost. Note that all rentals are calculated on a 24-hour basis.
- Select from the available options.
- Fill in the relevant fields with detailed personal data.
- To receive a confirmation page for your booking, you must accept the Terms and Conditions of the reservation and provide us with all the necessary personal data. This page is secure (you can check the security certificate), and all data is encrypted. The deposit will appear on this page. Once we receive your booking, we will accept or reject it based on availability. This is why it is important to make your reservation a little earlier, especially during the peak period of July-August. An automatic confirmation email with details of the car delivery will be sent to you via email, so make sure the email address you provide is correct.
If we cannot confirm your order for any reason, a cancellation email with suggestions for modifying your order will be sent to you. No payment will be recorded from your account. It is necessary to provide a correct email address and mobile phone number, as the voucher contains important information regarding the delivery of the rented car to your destination. Delivery instructions and phone numbers will be listed on your voucher. There are no refunds for unreceived or unrecognized vouchers.
RENTAL AGE The renter must be at least 21 years old and under 80 years old.
DRIVER'S LICENSE DETAILS & INSURANCE The driver is required to have and present a valid Driver’s License issued at least one year ago, along with an ID/valid Passport. Requirements: a) National Driver’s License: EU Citizens, b) National Driver’s License with Latin characters: Non-EU Citizens, c) National Driver’s License accompanied by an international driving permit (IDP): China, North Korea, and Japan.

Debit cards and prepaid cards are not accepted.
PICK-UP AND DELIVERY The renter has received the vehicle, which they have inspected and found to be in excellent condition and suitable for their intended purpose. The renter must return the vehicle and all accompanying documents, tools, and accessories to the lessor in the same condition it was received, at the location and date specified in this agreement. At the time of returning the vehicle, the renter must also remove all personal items left in the vehicle, for which the lessor assumes no storage responsibility. Otherwise, and upon expiration of the agreed rental period, the renter is obligated to:
- Pay the lessor the regular rental cost for the agreed rental period,
- Compensate the lessor for any loss and subsequent damage arising from limiting the further rental of the vehicle by the lessor (e.g., loss of profits), and
- Return the vehicle in its previous condition at their own expense.
The lessor reserves the right to recover and use the vehicle at any time without notice or the renter's consent, but at the renter's expense, from any location and by any means, if, in the lessor's opinion, there is a risk of damage or loss of the vehicle, or a risk of non-payment of the rental fee or any other dues. Besides the above-mentioned cases, the lessor has the right to recover and use the vehicle if it was used in violation of this agreement or the specified rental period.
THEFT (TPC), DAMAGE (CDW), LIABILITY The renter is required to compensate the lessor in case of theft, loss, or damage to the vehicle and any person (including passengers), as well as for any subsequent losses or damages suffered by the lessor, regardless of fault. Specifically: a1) The renter is responsible for all damages caused to the vehicle or others, whether the terms of vehicle use were violated or in cases where driving was illegal or in violation of the Greek Highway Code. a2) The renter is obligated to compensate the lessor for any costs that the renter may need to pay to third parties for damages caused while driving the vehicle. Otherwise, the lessor reserves the right to take legal action against the renter for compensation with a legal interest, as well as any further damages (moral damage, etc.). b) The renter is responsible for partial or total theft or loss of the vehicle unless the lessor exempts the renter from responsibility for total theft or loss of the vehicle. This exemption applies if the renter has agreed to the daily rental charge and the "Theft Protection" (TPC) terms at the start of the rental, as these terms are defined in the lessor's official price list. (pricing), noting in the "Accepts" box on the front of this agreement, provided that the renter has taken all precautions to avoid the total theft or loss of the vehicle and used it according to the terms of this agreement. It is explicitly agreed that theft or loss of parts, components, or equipment (partial theft) of the vehicle is not covered by the aforementioned "Theft Protection" (TPC). c) The renter is responsible for damage to the vehicle due to collision or fire unless the lessor has accepted the "Collision Damage Waiver" (CDW) by marking the "Accept" box on the front of this agreement and paying the corresponding daily charge. The aforementioned acceptance of "Collision Damage Waiver" (CDW) does not provide an exemption for the renter if the vehicle was not used according to the terms of this agreement, especially in compliance with the usage terms (Article 7). Even if the renter has accepted the "Collision Damage Waiver," the renter fully acknowledges and agrees that they will be charged for the damage restoration. It is explicitly agreed that: The acceptance of "Collision Damage Waiver" (CDW) or "Full Damage Waiver" (FDW) does not cover damage caused: 1). To the underside of the vehicle, 2). Inside the vehicle cabin, 3). To the tires and wheels of the vehicle, 4). During the loading, unloading, or transport of the vehicle by boat, train, or other transport means without prior written consent from the lessor. d) The renter, as the sole designated driver of the vehicle, must not allow the use of the vehicle by third parties, not mentioned and agreed upon with the lessor. Otherwise, the renter is solely responsible for any damage caused by the driver to the vehicle or to third parties. e) The renter must drive the vehicle according to the rules set by the Greek Highway Code and with absolute safety for themselves, the vehicle, and other road users. In case of any damage to the vehicle or to third parties due to reckless and unsafe driving by the renter, and if the renter takes full responsibility or even negligent actions, the renter must compensate the lessor for any costs that might arise for damage restoration or for compensating third parties. Otherwise, the lessor has the right to request compensation with legal interest and any further damages through court. f) Vehicle replacement is provided from the pick-up location within 24 hours after contacting the pick-up branch via phone/email. If the driver drives the vehicle off the official road network and the vehicle breaks down, the driver will bear the cost of towing the vehicle from road assistance.
Accident or Incident Reporting
The Renter is obliged to report any accident or incident involving the rented vehicle to the Lessor and the local authorities immediately, and to follow all procedures for documenting the event. In case of an accident or damage, the Renter must provide the Lessor with all necessary documents and cooperate with the police or other relevant authorities in the investigation.
The compensation owed by the Renter for damages or losses caused by an accident or other event will depend on the specific circumstances and compliance with the rental agreement terms, as well as the acceptance or not of relevant insurance coverages (TPC, CDW, PAI, etc.).
If the terms and procedures are not followed, the Renter may be subject to additional charges or may take full responsibility for the repair of damages and compensation to the Lessor or third parties.
If the Renter or the drivers of the vehicle are involved in an accident or violation of the Road Traffic Code, the Lessor reserves the right to cancel the rental or take over the damage repair process, charging the Renter.
Special Notes:
- The Renter explicitly agrees not to transport or drive the vehicle in areas or roads not intended for vehicle use.
- The Renter accepts that the use of the vehicle for commercial transport, advertising, or other activities not specified in this agreement is strictly prohibited.
- In case the vehicle is not returned to the designated location or within the specified time, the Renter will be responsible for additional charges or legal consequences.
Cancellation and Reservation Modifications:
- The Renter has the option to modify or cancel their reservation in accordance with the terms and conditions set by the Lessor. Cancellations may incur additional charges or penalties depending on the time frame before the scheduled vehicle pick-up.
- In case of changes to the pick-up/drop-off dates or locations, the Renter is required to inform the Lessor in advance.
By adhering to all procedures and the terms of the rental agreement, the Renter can enjoy the experience with the rented vehicle without additional concerns or difficulties
